We are proud of our restaurant and after a visit to Apollo, we’re sure you will understand why. Aside from a beautiful location beneath the glass roof in the heart of our hotel, we offer a carefully cultivated menu created by our acclaimed executive chef Jerome Salat. Enjoy a delicious three-course meal or something lighter from our snacking menu, or if you are visiting for lunch, we have a buffet from Monday to Thursday and a seafood buffet on Friday. We of course also offer a superb breakfast to give you the best possible start to the day ahead. With Vegetarian and gluten-free options across all menus, we can cater for varying dietary requirements, and we look to use locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
